Dear Team,
We are facing a problem of duplicate customers, at the time of creating new customer we are not restricted to enter the same number again. By this, system allows us to enter a customer with the same mobile number again and again.
We need a validation or check where if there is customer with a mobile number system doesn't allows to create a new customer with the same mobile number.
By doing this we will have only one customer with one mobile number and that customer will not get repeated again n again. Also, the same is effecting our credit notes adjustment.
Plz check and suggest.

For this to work , offline customer creation feature has to be removed. Also the billing speed may be impacted depending on the connectivity with HO

Yes. Same problem here also. Also, the system is recognizing the names as different even a single alphabet of a name is changing to uppercase or lowercase. So, data redundancy is a big problem in customer management.
