Need a profile based privilege to access private cubes of other user
Presently, private cubes can only be accessed by the user who created the same. Need an a profile based option to allow other users to access the same as well, and make changes in them.

User Profile option for 'Allow datacube access as Administrator' has been released.
User having this permission as allowed in their roles willbe able to view all cubes created i.e. both public and private.
