Need Multiple Selection in Available Site / Promotion in allocate Window as it is available in Select Promotion / Site option, this will make the allocation process faster.

Allocate action is now enabled with Many promotion allocation to many sites at one go, for same time frame. Existing options for Site wise allocation and Promotion wise allocation option has been shifted as 'Advance Allocation' in Action list.
