Mandatory Customer E-Mail ID & Phone Number in POS
Dear Sir,
Please mandatory in POS to select the customer E-Mail ID & Phone Number and also if customer not provide E-mail ID or Phone Number so we select the abc@abc.com and “9999999999” .
Making Mobile No Mandatory will not solve our problem as few customers does not want to share mobile No, in that scenario we must have an optional mobile no & Email ID which can acceptable as duplicate also ex. 9999999999 & abc@abc.com
Requirement is very clear : Collection of authentic customer details with valid Mobile & email id.
Presently we have an option to make Mobile No mandatory at POS. We do not have any intention to make email-id mandatory as well. We would suggest to implement the present feature immediately which might solve your problem in someway.
