Presently, if a Sales Order is party delivered, term modification or line level charge modification gets restricted. Need to allow the same.
If term needs to be modified, operator need to cancel and the order and create a new order with modified term and charges. As per the current functionality we are unlikely to allow charge modification after partial delivery.
