There is no option to create Sales Invoice without any delivery challan or Item tagging. But there is a workaround by which users can make a Non-Inventory Item , Create DC and then make a sales Invoice . Thus in such case Inventory will not be affected and Sales invoice will be created.
Given this workaround, at this time, we are unlikely to implement functionality around this specific feature However, we will keep this idea open to gather additional feedback to track the level of interest within the community.
