Presently for cancelling service order, user should have backdated entry privilege, otherwise user cannot cancel service order. Now its vulnerable to provide backdated entry privilege, because user cab easily modify the backdated entry with that privilege.
Suppose a server order created on 10-Nov-15 and user lock days specified for a user is 2 days, then on 15-Nov-15 user cannot cancel that service order. For cancelling that order user lock days need to be increased to 6 days.
Considering the above security issue, need a separate menu option for cancelling Service order similar like purchase order cancellation.

Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Operator will now be able cancel service order using cancellation form, even beyond the lock days limit.
