Option to extinct Card Type required

Module: 

Retail - Retail Management - Setup - Customer Loyalty - Card Type

Presently, there is no option to extinct or block card types which are no more in use. Need to provide the same.

    Benefits are not tracked card type wise, benefits tagged to a card can be modified and updated. Given the benefit modification option, we are putting it into future consideration. We are open to gather additional feedback and want to track the level of interest within the community.
