Line level charge modification, even after partial SO delivery

Module: Sales & Distribution - Order Management - Outright - Sales Order Presently, if a Sales Order is party delivered, term modification or line level charge modification gets restricted. Need to allow the same.

Show terminal initial in Return against Bill List

While making return against bill, need to show terminal initial in the bill list. This helps the cashier to identify the terminal from where bill was generated. Could be an additional filtration option also.
