Option to search credit note by mobile number

Need this option as sometimes credit note is not physically available though phone is available for OTP.

TerminalId & DocSchemeId to be captured for all transactions

Currently, we don't capture TerminalId and DocSchemeId which causes a lot of issues while troubleshooting during support calls. By doing this small enhancement, we shall be able to reduce support time to a great extent.
