Need to make zero balance sub-ledger reflection to be optional

Module: Finance - Register - Sub-ledger Presently, zero balance sub-ledger reflection is optional only in case of detail report. The same option is required in summary report as well.

Based upon client's Audit requirement Journal reversal concept to be made optional. Client with less strict in audit process want to modify the journal for wrong entry instead of passing Reverse entry and make another correct entry.
