Vendor wise stock report item wise in transit and godown and loose stock at sto

we Want a auto mail to our vendors for updating their stock category 1 to 5 at transit level (L.R) godown (after gate entry) and open stock (after GRC)...its helpful for better customer relations by giving actual status of stock
